Need your PENN reels repaired, greased or cleaned? Let our trained staff of professional technicians inspect your reels, put them in perfect working condition, and make them look and work like new again. Please note that current repair turnaround time is approximately three (3) weeks.

PROFESSIONAL REPAIRS

PENN utilise a network of authorised reel repair agents to inspect your reels, put them in perfect working condition, and make them look and work like new again. Please take your reel into your local Penn dealer who will send your reel to the most suitable repairer for your reel or issue.

Identify your nearest PENN dealer using our “Where to Buy” function, and then take in your reel along with your dated proof of purchase. Your PENN dealer will take your contact details and arrange for the reel to be sent for a quote and then repair on your acceptance of that quote.

Take your reel into your local Penn Dealer and they will get this sorted for you.
Please note that current repair turnaround time can take up to three (3) weeks for you to receive your reel back.

REEL REPAIR PRICING

Pricing depends on a number of factors, any work wont proceed until you have approved the quote – in some instances your PENN dealer will be able to get you an indication of this cost based on a phone consultation, though some jobs will require your reel be sent to the repair agent for a quote.

SHIPPING

Shipping charges are based on the weight of the shipment, value of the shipment, destination and number of reels in the shipment, and are handled directly with your PENN dealer

PERFORMANCE PARTS

You hit the water with confidence knowing that you’re fishing with PENN reels, the most well-constructed reels available. However, as with any piece of machinery, maintenance and wear is inevitable. Moving parts will eventually need to be replaced, bail springs will eventually wear, bearing caps may come loose and fall overboard.

We house a wide assortment of parts to fit almost any reel in our line-up, which allows our repair agent to get you back on the water as quickly as possible.

REELS NO LONGER SERVICED

We regret to inform you that we are no longer able to service the following PENN reels and downriggers. We appreciate your patronage and apologise for any inconvenience this may cause you.
